U.S. Rep. Lawrence Congratulates Former Michigan Governor and New Energy Secretary Granholm in Letter
Washington, DC - Today, U.S. Representative Brenda L. Lawrence (MI-14) sent a congratulatory letter to U.S. Secretary of Energy, Jennifer Granholm, and requested a meeting with her to discuss the energy priorities throughout the state and within Michigan’s 14th Congressional District, including electric vehicles, clean energy workforce, and combating climate change. Lawrence in the letter. “Among my top priorities in the 117th Congress is to help our automotive industry through the expansion of a robust and nationwide EV charging infrastructure system and reducing our reliance on fossil fuels for transportation. Clean energy is important to me and critical for the future of our nation and our planet.”
