Jefferson Oaks is a new 60-home community in Oak Park, MI for hard-working individuals and families includes the adaptive reuse of the vacant Thomas Jefferson School into 20 one- and two-bedroom homes and the construction of 40 townhomes offering three and four bedrooms on the campus.
